1. Eligibility

• If you are registering on behalf of an organization or institution, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or breach these Terms.

3. Communication and Emails

By registering on Bitnox Tech Training, you agree to receive communications from us, including but not limited to:

• Transactional emails related to your account, course progress, payments, and platform notifications.
• Service announcements and policy updates relevant to your use of the platform.

4. Use of the Platform

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute course content without authorization.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.

Bitnox Tech Training reserves the right to suspend access to any user violating our rules or misusing our services.

5. Payments and Refund Policy

All course payments are non-refundable. Once access to course materials is granted, no refund will be issued, regardless of usage or progress.

Users are advised to carefully review course details, requirements, and suitability before making payment.

Any attempts to exploit, reverse, or abuse our payment system may lead to account suspension and legal action.

6. Course Access & Completion Policy

• Students must complete their training within the stipulated time frame for their course.
• If a student exceeds the allocated duration, an extension fee will be required to continue the training.
• Students unable to attend or continue training for a prolonged period must notify the administration in advance to discuss rescheduling and cost implications.
• Failure to notify or make arrangements will lead to forfeiture of access or the need to re-enroll.

7. Physical Training Center Policy

• Treat equipment, tools, and facilities with care.
• Be liable for any intentional or negligent damage caused during training.
• Adhere to safety rules and trainer instructions at all times.

Bitnox Tech Training reserves the right to impose penalties or deny further access to students who breach these rules.

8. Certification Policy

• Complete their training and all required assessments.
• Settle all outstanding payments and financial obligations to Bitnox Tech Training.

We reserve the right to withhold certificates from students who do not meet these requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided on Bitnox Tech Training (e.g., videos, graphics, texts, and logos) is owned or licensed by Bitnox Tech Training. Users may not reproduce, share, or distribute this content without written permission, unless explicitly allowed under fair use.

10. User Content

• You retain ownership of your content.
• You grant Bitnox Tech Training a license to use it in connection with the platform.
• You agree not to post anything unlawful, defamatory, or infringing.

We may moderate or remove content that violates these terms.

11. Third-Party Tools and Links

Our platform may include tools or links provided by third-party services (e.g., payment processors like Paystack). Bitnox Tech Training is not responsible for the content, policies, or behavior of third-party services.

12. Termination of Use

• Violation of these Terms
• Misuse of the platform
• Fraudulent activities
• Legal or regulatory reasons

You may also close your account at any time. Some data may be retained for legal, security, or operational purposes.

13. Limitation of Liability

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Interruptions, errors, or data loss

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services, where applicable.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bitnox Tech Training from any claims or damages resulting from:

• Your use or misuse of the platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement on third-party rights

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
