Privacy Policy

Last updated: August, 2026

At Bitnox Tech Training, your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our platform, services, and training courses. By using this platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect both personal and non-personal information from users (“learners”) in a variety of ways, including when you:

  • Create an account or enroll in a course
  • Sign up for our newsletter
  • Complete forms or participate in surveys
  • Contact us for support
  • Use features or tools on our platform

Personal Information

This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Billing details (if applicable)
  • Educational background or interests

Non-Personal Information

We may collect non-identifying details like:

  • Browser type
  • Device used
  • Operating system
  • Time spent on the platform
  • Pages visited

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and manage courses

To enroll you in courses, track your progress, and grant certificates.

  • Improve customer support

Your data helps us address support issues and respond more effectively.

  • Enhance user experience

We analyze aggregated user data to improve our platform design and learning materials.

  • Communicate with you

We may send you course updates, promotional content, important service announcements, or respond to your inquiries.

  • Comply with legal obligations

We may retain certain records if required to do so by law.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may, however, share limited data with:

  • Trusted service providers (e.g., email systems, payment processors) for the purpose of delivering our services
  • Law enforcement or regulatory bodies, when required by law or to protect the safety of our users or platform

All third-party partners are contractually obligated to protect your data.

4. The Community: Content You Publish

Bitnox Technology hosts a public community where learners and instructors ask questions, answer them, publish articles and comment on each other's work. This section describes how that content is handled, because it works differently from the rest of your account data: it is published, not stored privately.

What becomes public

Anything you post in the community is visible to everyone on the internet, including people who are not signed in and who have never been our students:

  • Questions, answers, replies, articles and comments, and their full text
  • Your votes and likes as aggregate counts (never as a list of who voted for what)
  • Your community handle — a name you choose yourself, once, the first time you post
  • Your profile picture and your community bio, if you write one
  • The date you joined, and the posts you have published

Your real name, email address, phone number, course enrollments and payment history are never shown in the community. Your byline is your handle and nothing else. This is why the handle is a deliberate, separate choice rather than something we generate from the name on your account.

Search engines and indexing

Public community pages are designed to be found. Search engines such as Google may crawl and index them, and may keep cached copies of a page after we have changed or removed it — cached copies are outside our control. Assume anything you post can be found by name-searching your handle, and treat a post as permanent from the moment it is published. Your private pages — your drafts, your saved items and your settings — are excluded from indexing and are visible only to you.

Private by default

  • Bookmarks and follows are private and leave no public trace
  • Reports you file are private; the person you reported is not told who reported them
  • You can turn off your public profile page at any time under Community → Profile. Your byline then stops linking anywhere, though your existing posts stay where they are

If you delete your account

Community content outlives the account that wrote it. When an account is deleted, its posts, answers and accepted-answer marks remain, but the byline is replaced with “Former member”, the profile link is dropped, and the handle is released. This is a deliberate trade-off: an answer that solved somebody's problem is part of a conversation other people are relying on, and deleting it would take their question's answer away with it.

If you need specific content removed rather than anonymised — for example because you posted something personal by mistake — email us at edu@bitnoxsolution.com with a link to the post. You can also delete your own posts yourself at any time while your account is open, and moderators can remove content that breaks our rules.

5. Third-Party Links

Our platform may contain links to external websites operated by our partners, advertisers, or content providers. Please note:

  • These websites have their own privacy policies.
  • We are not responsible for their content or data practices.
  • We encourage you to read their privacy policies before engaging with them.

6. How We Protect Your Data

We use appropriate security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. These include:

  • Secure servers and encrypted transmissions
  • Access controls and role-based permissions
  • Regular security audits and monitoring

Despite our efforts, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Bitnox Tech Training may use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Keep you logged in
  • Save your preferences
  • Analyze usage trends and interactions

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features of the platform may not function correctly without them.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request corrections or deletions
  • Withdraw consent or opt out of email communications
  • Request data portability in a readable format

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at: edu@bitnoxsolution.com

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. When we do:

  • We will revise the "Last updated" date above
  • We may notify users via email or in-app alerts

Your continued use of the platform after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
