What You'll Build
By the end of this course, students will complete a Personal Digital Portfolio Project — a practical, hands-on assignment that demonstrates their mastery of the core skills taught. This project will include a professionally formatted document created in Microsoft Word, a basic data table and chart built in Microsoft Excel, a short presentation slide deck designed in Microsoft PowerPoint, and a cloud-based folder on Google Drive containing all project files organised and shared appropriately. Students will also write and send a professional email to their instructor presenting their completed portfolio. This capstone project serves as both an assessment tool and a real-world artifact that students can use to demonstrate their digital competence to employers, schools, or clients.
